AWARD WINNING GROOMERS!
Taryn started competing in grooming competitions in 2012 to challenge her skills and continues to compete to constantly improve her styles, skills and knowlege. With each competition, Taryn's grooming improves with invaluable knowlege being learnt from some of the worlds best and famous groomers. She also attends seminars, conferences and workshops to constantly keep up to date with the industry and to network with Australia's professional groomers.

In 2017 Derek Entered his First Grooming Competition and Won 1st in Novice Creative and in 2019 won 1st Handstrip Coarse Coat, Intermediate Class!!

Norris the Norwich Terrier
This was the first model dog Competition Taryn has enter and she made Norris to scale as well as colouring him to match the breed as much as possible and she was very happy with 3rd place!

Tigga, Mini Poodle
Taryn transformed Tigga into the Theme of Winnie the Pooh and Friends. Tigga had the face of Eeyore, Piglet and Pooh on his back and his body was Tigger! Taryn Dressed up as Rabbit! Their first time in the Master's Class they were very happy to place first.

DEREK entered his first grooming competition with his own own dog Muz, turning her into a Pink Tiger on Safari - Derek did an awesome Job and was very surprised to win first in his class. We hope this is the first of many for Derek!

Nixie, Standard Schnauzer
Taryn has been avoiding the terrier class as she is unconfident grooming terriers to a show standard. But Taryn decide to have a go and studied the St Schnuazer groom and was overwhelmed to place 1st in her class under a Schnauzer specialist Judge!
She is very grateful to Nixie's Owner for allowing her to compete on her and to Jazz from Jazz's Dog Grooming in Coffs Harbour for Maintaning Nixie on the lead up to the competition

Tigga the Mini Poodle was transformed into Michelangelo, Teenager Mutant Ninja Turtle!!!
Taryn's proudest win and happiest grooming moment. Taryn Loves creative grooming and to win this event was her ulimate goal and to win with her own dog was magical. Tigga the TMNT was a very popular dog that day!

This was Taryn's first attempt at Purebreed Scissor class and she was overwhelmed to place in a tough class with a young dog.
GROOMQUEST, Sydney 2013
Taryn Won 1st place in Australia's first ever Cat Creative Competition. ALthough new to cat grooming and creative grooming, She had a go and was overwhelmed to win with Milo, The Burmese cat, who was borrowed from a fellow groomer.
