ALL CLIENTS WILL TREAT CREATIVE CANINE STAFF WITH RESPECT AND NO ABUSE WILL BE TOLERATED.
Any aggressive /abusive treatment of staff will result in police being called and a life-long ban from our salons.
Pricing & Bookings

All Bookings must be made via phone or SMS. No appointments can be made via email or facebook.

Only VIP /Pre-booked appointments will be sent reminders/confirmations (we respect that your adult enough to note /save your booking time/date)

If you are over 1/2hr late for an appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your dog.

If you are Early , we may not be able to start your Pet until its original booked time.

All pricing and quotes are approximates only – Pricing is dependent on condition of coat, size of dog, behaviour of dog and the amount of time to complete the groom and difficulty of Style

All Payment of services MUST be paid in full before collection of your pet. Unpaid fees will be invoiced at 14 days, then 30 days then referred to a Debt Collector.

All pricing of services include products inc shampoo, conditioner, sprays etc

REFUNDS will only be considered in 7 days of service and discussion with owners and a full report completed.

Prepayments of grooming services will be required by new clients in November and December to secure an appointment or if a client is a repeat No-Show.

We accept Cash and Eftpos as payment for services in the salon.
Accidents In Salon

It is your responsibility as the owner of the pet, to inform the staff of Creative Canines of any pre-existing Conditions, Health issues, Allergies or injuries your dog may currently have at time of grooming

All care is taken to prevent and avoid accidents while your dog is in our care. Accidents can happen though when using sharp equipment around wriggling animals, or when an animal is extremely matted, or grooming un-trained pets.

If an accident happens in our care, we will provide basic First Aid and assess if a vet is needed. If it is an emergency we will take the pet to the closest veterinarian then contact you, the owner. If we feel it is non urgent we will contact you to take to a veterinarian of your choice.

If the injury is solely the fault of the groomer, all vet fees will be covered by Creative Canines. The Injury must be reported immediately or within 2 days, with a written vet report must be supplied as well as an itemised vet receipt/invoice, and photographic evidence of injury, as these are needed to be provided for insurance purposes.

If an injury is caused from extreme matting, or a pre-existing condition – you will be advised and recommended to visit a veterinarian which the vet bill will be solely the responsibility of the owner.

Services

All pets will receive at least 2 shampoos, a conditioner and conditioning spray, with products chosen to suit their individual Skin and Coat needs.

Creative Canine will not guarantee the effectiveness or use of any shampoo provided by the owners and not recommended by the salon.

Everyday Shampoos & Conditioners used by Creative Canines are Australian Made, and Do not contain soap, Sulphates, Parabens, SLS or other nasties.

Our Therapy and Show dog range of Shampoos and Conditioners may not be Australian made but are of highest quality.

All dogs will be bathed as part of their grooming service. The price will not alter if the bath is not provided. If the owner requests no bath, a fee may be charged to cover equipment damaged by dirty fur/skin.

All Creative Coloring products used are Pet -Friendly, Pet Safe, non -toxic products

Dogs that show any aggression, or un-predictable behaviour, that may cause staff injury or risk, may be muzzled, or restrained using pet safe products or the service may be cancelled and the dog refused another appointment.

Dogs may be placed in a cage or a pen of appropriate size while in the Salon. Dogs will not be allowed free roam, unless they are the only dogs in salon, Dependant on behaviour and under full supervision with groomer.

Entire Dogs and Bitches are welcome to be groomed but will be placed in above ground cages to prevent them marking the environment. Please inform us if your bitch is on Heat.

Clients are not permitted Past the front gate, in the office area or in the Salon Grooming /drying area. Clients are welcome in the retail area. Communication by the owner with the pet during the groom may result in the service being suspended dependant of the dogs behaviour, full price of groom will be charged.

MOBILE GROOMING SALON

All Clients must be prebooked 12mths ahead, on a 2, 4, or 8 week schedule. We do not accept new clients or random appointments.

We only service certain areas on certain days, operating on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

If you miss 3 appointments in a row, or have any unpaid services, you risk losing your future appointments.

To become a client in the Mobile Salon, you must be a current VIP at the Piittsworth Salon. If a current client passes or moves away - and a spot becomes available we will consider the waiting list to see who is in that area to take that appointment.

We will send confirmation the night before to remind of appointment. We will give an approx. time of arrival, with a 1/2hr window either side, depending on client before and traffic.

We accept cash, eftpost or direct bank payment at time of service.

Access to a power point ( no power boards) and a garden tap and off street parking is needed to provide our grooming services..
